It is not necessary to place the pet device too close to your pet. Nowadays, microphones are designed to receive audio even over a longer distance, so about 2 metres / 7 feet is OK.

Buddy Dog Monitor works seamlessly on mobile devices with iOS (14 or later) and Android (8 or later) operating systems.

Make sure both devices are online and use the latest app version. On the first device, click CREATE CODE, and on the second one, ENTER CODE. If your devices can't pair, change your internet network to WiFi/LTE or use user registration for the cloud feature.

Yes, the Buddy Dog Monitor app supports multi-pet and multi-owner modes. The number of owner and pet units is unlimited.

The standard battery consumption for iOS devices is 4 % per hour. You will get a notification when the battery level on the pet device drops below 10 % or an individually set value, so you won't have to worry.

Go to SETTINGS -> ACCOUNT. Scroll down and tap on the link "Delete the account". Please remember that deleting your account doesn't stop your recurring subscription; you must cancel it with your Apple or Google Play account.

Go to the App Store -> Click on your details (right corner) -> Click on your Apple ID -> "Subscriptions", or "Contact Apple support".

For users of Android version:
On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store (check to make sure you’re signed to the correct Google Account). Tap on "Menu" -> "Subscriptions". Select Buddy Dog Monitor app, tap on "Cancel subscription" and follow the instructions.

For refunds, you have to contact Apple or Google Play support. They charge you directly and we do not have any access to their systems. We can only see the sales volume anonymously.
